Only 35 min to clemson and “Shores of Asbury” water park, 35 min to Anderson/Clemson, 90 min from Atlanta, 1hour away from Greenville - it’s a perfect place to enjoy a sunset or a fun day of golfing, fishing, swimming and boating with family and friends. Working remotely? High speed internet in now available. For larger groups we have another property couple of houses down. The Property is ID 2905127 Bring your boat ( landing 5 min away) or rent from C&E marine ( 5 min by boat) or Harbor Lights Marina 10 min away. Port Bass public boat ramp 0.5 miles away on Arrington Dr. Open living room / kitchen area is a great place to relax and watch a game on a Smart. There is a also a screened in porch and a spacious deck with 270 degree water views of the lake. Almost three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and a work desk. Second bedroom has a queen set with twin bunk beds in a separated area overlooking the lake. There is one bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a griddle on the deck - cookout with beautiful view of the lake. Bed linens, towels and other amenities provided. Great pizza place ( peace of the pie), spotted pig BBQ and craft brewery 8 mins away. No smoking. Absolutely no pets. We arrived prior to check-in time to drop off our boat and met the cleaning crew in the driveway. They were so friendly, allowed us to back the boat in, allowed us to check the amenities, and gave us lunch recommendations. The property was close to the boat launch, had a covered dock, and kayaks. If you're driving from home, you may want to put a leaf blower on your list.) Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. This was a great cabin for our family of 5\. The cabin was clean with a very well stocked kitchen (always a big plus in my opinion!). We had access to plenty of linens, and the washer/dryer were useful to have. The grill and patio were well enjoyed by our family, as were all the board games at the end of a long day boating. I’ve been to plenty of lake houses that require a long steep walk down to the dock, so we loved the easy stroll here! This is a wider part of the lake and the dock is not in a cove, so there is a lot of boat traffic…make sure to bring plenty of bumpers if you’re tying off a boat! It had 11 bath towels and only two wash cloths. When I inquired I was told "usually wash towels are not provided as people do not use them that much." We enjoyed using the kayaks, however life jackets are not provided, so you will need to bring your own. Beautiful sunset lake view. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and utensils, plates, cups, etc. If you need tin foil or plastic wrap make sure to bring your own. Kids loved the dock and swimming and adults loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. It is quiet and peaceful, but close to stores if you need something! ##### Connie H.
