Puntualizar que, a pesar de que pone que como servicio principal tiene playa privada esto no es así. Tienen habitaciones con/sin Aire Acondicionado con una diferencia de precio bastante significativa. Además sucede que las que no lo tienen son más baratas y son las que ofrecen las mejores vistas al mar. Por contra, éstas habitaciones están llenísimas de hormigas. La habitación es básica pero bastante amplia, igual que el baño. La cama es cómoda. La ducha no tiene absolutamente nada de presión y con frecuencia no sale agua caliente. El personal por lo general es bastante amable. El desayuno está incluido pero es muy básico. El zumo NO es natural sino q se trata de agua súper azucarada con sabor a algo... Está malísimo. La fruta que ponen, muy escasa. Tienen restaurante donde se puede comer y cenar con una amplia variedad de comida. Los precios son casi europeos y tardan muchísimo en servir. We saw some big hawksbills and jackfish. Wish we had time to explore some more. The dive instructor, Mick, was very easy to talk to and knows the reef very well. Our rooms were super clean and comfy. Service was excellent and the food was definitely a plus. It’s the best you’ll find in Anda (not many choices, TBH). The only thing that’s missing is white sand, but you can easily access those around. We visited several resorts in Anda, but we’re happy we booked this one. I highly recommend Blue Star and will be back soon! P.S. Vliegen, mieren en muizenpoep zaten overal. Honderden vleugels van dode vliegen op bed. Je kan hier snorkelen maar de trap om de zee in te gaan is levensgevaarlijk. De golven slaan er hard tegen aan en er zijn overal rotsen omheen dus het is te gevaarlijk om er in en er uit te gaan. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, hatten eins ohne Klimaanlage. Die Sanitäranlagen sind vom Komfort überschaubar. Wenn man nicht zu viel Zeit auf dem Zimmer verbringt dennoch in Ordnung. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist genial. Allerdings gibt es kein Buffet und man bestellt „ala carte“. Das was serviert wird ist aber in Ordnung. Bis auf das Meer liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage. Le site convient mieux aux plongeurs (frequente apparition de tortues qui remontent respirer a la surface qqu'aux adeptes du snorkeling.) Les accompagnateurs sur le bateau me parlent pas bien anglais et les plongeurs (snorkel) ne sont pas bien conseillés. La cuisine est bonne et le restaurant lui aussi tres bien placé à l aplomb de la falaise. Plage toute petite. Die Bilder lügen nicht! Man darf keine 5-Sterne-Unterkunft erwarten, aber es ist ein gemütliches kleines Resort in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Ich hatte den Deluxe Bungalow direkt an den Klippen. Super Sicht über das Meer und bei normalem Wellengang durch die Geräuschkulisse des Wassers ideal zum entspannen. Die Tierwelt ist auch mehr als interessant: Meeresschildkröten direkt unter einem im Wasser, philippinische Adler lassen sich ab und zu am Himmel entdecken und zu den Mitbewohnern im Resort zählen ein großer Leguan und zumindest ein etwas kleinerer Waran, um nur einige zu nennen. Mein Schnorchelvergnügen war leider durch die Regenzeit etwas getrübt. Aber im intakten Hausriff findet man eine Vielzahl verschiedener Korallen, wenn auch leider keine großen Fische. Dafür sollen sich gelegentlich Delphine und Wale vor dem Resort blicken lassen, was ich aber leider nicht erleben durfte. Ein weiteres Plus: das Personal! Ein echtes Team, angeführt von den Managern Corinne und Robert. Ihr Motto: Die Gäste müssen sich zu Hause fühlen! Und hierfür wird im Blue Star Dive & Resort alles getan. Leider habe ich den an jedem Mittwoch stattfindenden Pizza-Abend verpasst. Laut anderen Gästen ist nicht nur die im eigenen Pizzaofen gebackene Pizza empfehlenswert, sondern auch die Livemusik, die geboten wird.
