La habitación que nos dieron era doble y muy amplio, pues prácticamente eran dos habitaciones separadas por un pasillo donde en medio estaba el baño. El personal muy atento, en especial el director, que lleva poco tiempo en el cargo. El desayuno muy muy rico y variado, y el lugar perfecto para descansar. Cierto es que en el pueblo no hay absolutamente nada de vida (al menos en el mes de febrero). The shower was Luke warm and the plug in the sink didn't work. It retains all the character and if you ask the staff they can tell stories about the pieces - see the display in the pool room. We were the only guests at the end of the season and nothing was too much trouble. We had been advised that the hotel restaurant wouldn't be operating but the town is small and no local restaurant was open so the chef came in and cooked us a gourmet meal. If you do stay, make sure to try the restaurant. The rooms are large and full of character but the occasional small things need attention. The brand new manager is keen to address any issue and encouraged us to "test" the room and report to him. The hotel is quirki and interesting. Town is very small and 2 a day stay is enough. The hotel has a great feeling to it but at times just lacks that extra need when travelling. Breakfast was very basic...but just does the job. Sumptuious surroundings and luxurious room and exquisite food in the beamed dining room. Would highly recommend a visit and am certainly returning.
