The 32 sqm studio apartment is designed for 2 guests and features a combined sleeping, living, and dining area with kitchenette, a private entrance with hallway, and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Located in the basement, it is accessible via an external staircase. Amenities include 2 single beds with nightstands, an extendable dining table with 3 chairs, an open wardrobe, luggage bench, and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette offers a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, extractor fan, sink, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine, cookware, tableware, utensils, and dish towels. The hallway provides a mirror, open closet, and luggage bench. The new bathroom is equipped with a shower, illuminated mirror, hairdryer, hand and bath towels, and cleaning products. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment; a smoking area is available in front of the entrance.  
  
The freshly renovated, bright attic apartment with a private entrance offers a spacious living area and fantastic views over the rooftops to the natural beauty of the Schönbuch region. The B28 towards Tübingen and Herrenberg is reachable in under three minutes, and the A81 towards Stuttgart–Singen–Switzerland in about ten minutes. In around 45 minutes, you can reach the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb, Reutlingen, or Metzingen. The Ammertalbahn is about a 15-minute walk away and runs every 30 minutes to Tübingen and Herrenberg. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails lead through the Schönbuch. In Ammerbuch-Entringen, you will find many shopping options such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, farm shop, and pharmacy. An idyllic outdoor pool is about a ten-minute walk away. Right next door, a renowned café with outdoor seating invites you to relax.
