The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

"The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card."

"You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. "The staff were great, but the only down fall to the stay was the AC didn’t work at all. The whole stay. Also there were no fridges or microwaves in the room which I didn’t really care, but also wasn’t aware. Also housekeeping was okay, didn’t dust but did change bedding and towels."
