It offers an unparalleled location surrounded by vineyards, wineries, and breathtaking views while also offering countless upgrades and amenities both inside the house and out. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with an open layout combining the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is a chef's dream and is perfect for most any culinary creation you can devise. The entire space is bathed natural light from the oversized windows that look across the the property towards the hills and the Van Duzer Corridor. Most every evening offers a new and exceptional sunset to enjoy. Every bit of furnishing and décor was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for most any group. When the sun sets, gather around the two sided fireplace, play some games, and make some unforgettable memories. Additionally on the same main floor level there are two bedrooms. One is the primary bedroom for the floor with an enormous en-suite bathroom complete with soaking tub, rainfall shower, and views! Descend to the lower level and you will find a space that is loaded with games, seating, TV streaming options, and another full kitchen. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. Whether its air hockey, foosball, arcade games, or something else there is little doubt you will find something for everyone. Psst .. don't miss the secret cubby behind the bookcase filled with seating and games that is wonderful for any kiddos in the group. You will find three additional full bedrooms one of which enjoys the second en-suite bathroom. Spending time outside at Daze Off Amity is always a crowd favorite. There are two levels of seating and amenities. On the main level there is another huge table and fire-pit with seating. Both places offer incredible panoramic views of the valley. The lower level boasts the hot tub, corn hole, and some additional seating. The entire property offers such a special experience of beauty, quality, and privacy. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: \*\*There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Also everything was very nice, and we loved how the house was decorated. The kids loved the secret room, hot tub and everything else provided for them. We hated to leave! This space was so beautifully appointed no detail spared. It didn’t feel like a rental it felt like a home that any one of us would live in. With plenary of room for sitting together to eat and play board games and laugh, and also sleep in, with soft comfortable beds, lush linens, spaces to lounge in comfort, read a book, soak in the hot tub, or take in the view from the deck. This rental has something for everyone and why it is a perfect place for a group stay! ##### Julia K. Our four night stay was very comfortable and included a couple of walks, one to a local winery. Daze Off would be the perfect spot for a large family (or two) with its second kitchen and game room down below. Our quilting friends would definitely stay here again. ##### Eve G. We loved the hot tub, the s'mores around the fire, the separation of the upstairs/downstairs, the dog baskets, the privacy, the views, all the incredible extras that were left for our use. I could go on and on, they really thought of everything. The only challenge was all the breakable knickknacks that were within reach of the young children- definitely not a child proofed house but a very lovely home that we enjoyed very much. ##### Lori A. This VRBO location was nothing short of amazing. The view was mind blowing. The house had the best outfitted kitchen I have ever stayed in. Large TV and plenty of space for all 8 of us to sit. Comfy beds and bathrooms with plenty of linen and toiletries. Massive back yard and hot tub. Awesome Eola Amith location, central to endless wineries. We went with 3 other couples (8 people in total) and had a great time. The house has everything you can think of. The kitchen is well stocked. There are 2 levels with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a game room too. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting wine country in Oregon. You wont be disappointed! ##### Chris G. The house had everything anyone could ask for and more. As a frequent traveler, this home may have been one of the best I’ve ever stayed. Each room is unique and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever imagine needing and labeled too. Our group of friends came for the wineries. I can not even begin to explain the thought and care this property owner put into this home. It would take you 3-4 weeks to actually enjoy this house to the fullest. And the baskets left for pets made me feel like I dropped the ball somewhere and I need to step my game up. In all seriousness this was a wonderful house and It will be hard to find its equal. I can’t say enough good things about this gorgeous home! Our family of 4 visited from out of state and stayed here with my niece, her twins and toddler, and we had an amazing time! The home looks like it is from the cover of a magazine, beautifully decorated yet cozy and comfortable! We really appreciated the details, from having every kitchen appliance and gadget you could ever need to the many games available and plenty of fresh linens and blankets! We appreciated the funny sayings on kitchen linens and the positive ones on the artwork throughout the house, this home has such a warm feel! The thoughtful snacks and wine were so wonderful! Although at the last minute we couldn’t bring our dog as planned, there were such thoughtful things for her including bedding and toys- I was blown away by the care and personalization! There were so many beautiful spaces and activities that we didn’t have to go anywhere (though my husband brought our kids to see some local sights)! My niece and I were very happy to stay at the house and spend great family time together. I embarrassingly made an error with the checkout time (confused it with the property we stayed just prior) and while I was helping my niece and her 3 little ones go back to their home, my husband was stuck packing up while the host came to prepare the house for the next guests! He was very gracious and understanding. I highly recommend this property and am so grateful that we found this gem! ##### Jennifer M. Myself, my two kids (ages 4 & 1), my parents, an aunt, and a cousin were all able to stay very comfortably in this gorgeous home with plenty of space (and some to spare). It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with plenty of towels, had a fully stocked kitchen, and had so many thoughtful touches and extras. The beds were very comfortable to boot.
