No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid complaints. Fees for non-compliance with the regulations will be charged. MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF GUESTS – At no time can the maximum capacity of guests exceed the number allocated to the chalet. No Party. The BBQ will be available from May 1st to October 31st. NO PETS, a fee of $200 + taxes per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared animal with the exception of chalets allowing animals. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect. Private PARKING at the entrance of the chalet. NO permits on the side of the roads. Our infrastructures are entirely NON-SMOKING, a fee of $200 + taxes per rental day will apply in the event of a violation of this regulation. DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage or theft caused to the chalets, furniture, items or other, as well as any additional cleaning costs required at the end of the stay to restore the chalet. Kanata Tremblant may terminate the rental at any time if the guest does not respect the conditions or violates the regulations in force. Kanata Tremblant will not provide any financial compensation related to bad weather that may cause an interruption of satellite television, internet access, electricity or water.
