Had a wonderful experience.
The hotel staff, from the reception to the dining area, were exceptionally professional, consistently polite, and truly went above and beyond to assist us in recovering our lost luggage.

We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting.
