It dates from 1880. Its 240m2 are distributed on two floors: \- On the ground floor is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with all kinds of appliances. The living room, point of reference of the house, since its stove makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place, two bathrooms distributed on each floor and an ideal txoko to celebrate meals etc. From this there is access to a beautiful patio, also private parking of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and playing sports such as basketball. Attached to the patio there is a lovely garden, green area, flowers and fruit trees. In it there are swings for children and also has garden furniture such as hammock etc. \- On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three of them double and one of marriage. This and two other double rooms have a balcony with wonderful views. En la parte de fuera hay espacio para que los niños jueguen a pin pon, futbolin, pelota.. Y al amanecer se escuchan las gallinas y ovejas. La parte negativa es que pasa justo delante la carretera, no hay mucho tráfico, pero de vez en cnd pasan coches, es la Única pega, lo demás estupendo. Es sencillamente perfecta, no le falta detalle, y la propietaria Kontxi es estupenda, amable, hospitalaria y hace las mejores magdalenas que he probado nunca. Es una casa tan bonita, con la chimenea electrica, que le da un ambiente tan acogedor, y sin salir oliendo a ahumado. Las habitaciones grandes, espaciosas, cómodas y decoradas con una encanto poco común. Hemos viajado 2 parejas con 2 adolescentes cada uno. Ni ellos se querian ir y eso que se aburren con facilidad. Somos personas bastante grandes y las camas han sido unas de las más cómodas que me he encontrado en casas rural, maravillosas. Estoy realmente apenada, de que no hemos podido pasar mas dias aqui, ya que es una casa tan maravillosa que hay que aprovecharla mas dias. Dec 19, 2016 #### Equipadísima casa con estupendo trato Unos amigos fuimos el fin de semana para pasar el día en el nacimiento del Urederra y pasamos un par de noches aquí. El trato muy amable (estaban para lo que hiciera falta) y aún siendo invierno no pasamos nada de frío por la calefacción instalada en todas las habitaciones.
