Rustic house of stone and wood, recently renovated. It dates from 1880.

Its 240m2 are distributed on two floors:
- On the ground floor is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with all kinds of appliances. The living room, point of reference of the house, since its stove makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place, two bathrooms distributed on each floor and an ideal txoko to celebrate meals etc. From this there is access to a beautiful patio, also private parking of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and playing sports such as basketball. Attached to the patio there is a lovely garden, green area, flowers and fruit trees.
