"We stayed at the Amazon Arowana resort for three nights and enjoyed many adventures during our time there. While accommodations are rustic, the wifi and air conditioning worked well, keeping us connected and cool throughout our time there. "We had a great time at the lodge! Many activities such as fishing, visiting an island of monkeys, and seeing a lot of wild animals. Given the fact that there is little or no electricity, we were able to disconnect ourselves for a few days in order to really relax. The rooms are very charming and the staff was great to answer questions and concerns. Our guide Manuel was great!! Very recomendable because he really knew his way along the jungle and never made us feel anything less than spectacular....

"Great place to stay, staff very helpful. Iquitos is a VERY noisy city and so it is lovely to find a hotel that has rooms away from the main road, and therefore quiet! Bar and minibar prices very reasonable. I would definitely return, but ask for Room 106 which has a kitchenette!"
