"The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. The hotel does not look at all like the photos. They are very old as the hotel is not updated. The old style tube TV is indicative of the condition of the hotel. Internet did not work in the rooms and worked moderately in the lobby. Location in middle of Cento Market which is great in the day, but unsafe after dark. The hotel entrance is kept locked at all times. We were the only tourists in the 115 room hotel. "It's pretty decent. Uppon paying a small fee, you get a nice variety of things for breakfast, it's close to malls and downtown, there's a taxi company right outside of the hotel but uber works great too. The problem is and when there's a party going on in the neighborhood, then you may have a hard time falling asleep because you can hear everything. I guess they need to buy soundproof windows. Wifi works, the bed is comfortable but the room size is pretty small. "
