At 7:05 a.m. on the day of my departure, someome attempted to enter my room. Thankfully, I travel with my dog and she was able to scare them off. So much for being able to sleep in before my long drive home. Reported the incident to the manager, who seemed unbothered, and left. The room was not cleaned prior to my arrival either. Again, thankfully I travel with my own cleaning supplies and linens. Wouldnt have done any good to report it because there is a sign at the check in deak that states, " no changes 10 minutes after check in." Also, no swimming since they dont keep up the maintenance on the pool. This hotel has really gone downhill quickly. Couldnt believe the amount of guests allowed to smoke pot in the building. Holes in the windows in the stairwell. I wont use them again. Too risky for my safety. Very disappointed. Altus needs hotels.

Nothing my room smelled i never fot a coffee pot 4 out of lights in the room didn't work or didn't have bulbs the table in my seckend room the leg fell off the toilet seat was broken worst stay ever i would give it a 👎👎👎

To start with couldn’t find anybody to check us in second main lock on the door would not work third no ice machine. It was broken. It didn’t offer any alternative refrigerator does not work. There are no bedside receptacles for your chargers. The carpet is filthy. Bedsheets were clean. The property looks deserted And the front desk person once he found didn’t offer any solutions for anything

There was food in the room all over the floor, the sheets were stained, there were dead bugs everywhere, the towels looked like they had been used. This was a terrible hotel.

Needs work
Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly when you could find them. Floors in hallways filthy. Stained towels, broken toilet seat, broken phone, broken ice machine. Ok for the price. Wont stay there again.

Place look deserted when we pulled up weeds were grown up everywhere no lights on no cars in the parking lot. No one at the front desk we made a decision to not stay at this location.
