Breakfast ok, clean, small room , not far from.train station and easy connection to airport. The elevator did not work the day i quit the hotel. I was on the 5th floor. So i don't know the raison but i would recomment to aged people to look elsewhere as there is only one elevator.

Better navigate to your destinations carefully, toward Frankfurt Hbf, some streets and alleys are not pleasant. The Old Town excursion should be throughly mapped out before going. Otherewise you unintentionally end up going through some unpleasant experiences.

Front desk staff were not very friendly when I asked to check in early (keep in mind I was emailed asking if I wanted to pay a fee to check in at 10am, and arrived to the property about 11am).
The room was nice but signs of wear and tear; including stains on the carpet, curtains, and bed. I have stayed at nicer 4 star hotels. Would probably find another hotel if I returned to Frankfurt.
