I booked a Business room and was so happy to receive a renovated room. Beautiful and modern bathroom, comfortable beds, very clean, mini-bar to keep drinks cool, and nice style. Staff are excellent and very close to HBF.

We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants.
Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.

Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it.
There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up.
I absolutely do not recommend to stay here.
