Stayed for 3 nights, but unfortunately the air conditioning did not work throughout our stay. The room remained quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably all three nights. We requested a fan on the second night and opened windows which helped somewhat, but the room was still too warm.
Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was working at times, which resulted in long waits and lines.
On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay.
I chose Hyatt because of its reputation for quality and service. Given that, I would expect the hotel to have adequate technical support or backup maintenance available to address critical issues such as air conditioning failures, even on weekends.

"The hotel and the room was clean. Breakfast was very good. There were many options. Staff were helpful. The location was very close to S Bahn station as we used it everyday to go to the attractions. I recommend."
