"Love this hotel, the staff are great but on booking in would of appreciated a hand with bags , there were 3 staff behind the booking counter etc but no I struggled , the hotel is dated in the rooms and corridors needs a lick of paint n new carpets throughout, the tv channels could do with updating ..."
