Room was clean and comfortable. For the price it was really nice. Breakfast was excellent. It can get noisy at night, walls are thin, so we would have to have every door and window shut with the fan running to drown out the hallway noise. Be aware no a/c, and windows look out into other rooms so you mostly have to have them closed at all times. Location was great and overall convenient.

I hope that I will get my security deposit $2,000 pesos everything else was Excellent. But the time to get the deposit back in my checking account is too long. Thanks!

The price is to high for the place.

We really enjoyed the stays in the hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location which is just beside the plaza and easy access to everything. There is a lounge my husband love to go and rest, lovely. The staff gave my baby a lion doll with the hotel name on it the day we checked out. It made his day. Very sweet

The bar at night is practically empty, so don’t expect a lively scene — but if you’re looking to unwind, that can actually be a plus. The grounds are great for walking, and the food is fresh, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable. A few things to note: the pool was a bit cold for the season despite being heated, and the fitness classes at the gym tend to get crowded, so we ended up going to another hotel for the spa experience. We also had a citywide blackout during our stay, which left us without electricity or Wi-Fi for a while — not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning. On the bright side, the location is excellent — you can walk into the town center easily, which is great for exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I’d happily come back with friends again.
