El ultimo día de estancia, estalló la mampara del baño, gracias a Dios, no ocurrió nada grave y nadie del hotel se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos algún tipo de explicación y preguntar por lo ocurrido. Sólo se comportó muy bien la señora de la limpieza y el hombre de mantenimiento

El enfoque del parque acuático es en el complejo y no es así está fuera del complejo,para la animación son fantásticas las chicas.Pero para un 4* las instalaciones están viejas,las habitaciones si q están buenas.Pero la comida no es para nada de un buffet de hotel 4*,comidas poco variadas y repetitivos

Caro, malo y sucio para nada es un hotel de 4 *

La experiencia a sido pésima no volveré a ir jamás lo juro Trabajo en la hostelería y considero que a este hotel le hace falta una buena inspección tanto de sanidad como de riesgo Comida en mal estado , socorrista que solo hacen mirar el móvil sin prestar atención a las personas, piscina totalmente peligrosa que no tiene ninguna seguridad para los niños ni adultos ( de lo cual presenciamos varias caídas de personas mayores que iban caminando y de niños ni te cuento) el filo de la piscina es una cuchilla todo en conjunto de suelo gress asta la piscina sin ningún antideslizante y mi hijo se agarró al bordé de la piscina y las manos le olía a pies ,nada de higiene en los baños públicos, las escaleras de los toboganes llena de suciedad y super peligroso Nos fuimos un día antes dejando la habitación ( ni cenamos ni desayuno) pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones recogimos todas nuestras cosas y abandonamos el hotel sin duda alguna no volveremos nunca más

El hotel genial, comida buena, variedad de piscinas, animación para todos. Lo único que no me gusto la claridad de la ventana, la cortina pasaba la luz y no pude dormir bien. Por lo demás genial.
