And nobody wants to hear a dog barking at 2am or a cat meowing Unfortunately, the costs of cleaning up after the animal are enormous in order to avoid allergies for the next guests. And then there's the problem of smell: nobody who has an animal thinks their house smells bad. But anyone who enters the house will smell it immediately. The house would have to be open for 2 or 3 days for the smell to disappear and that's very expensive. Any violation of this rule will incur an extra cleaning fee. Parties For us, the safety and well-being of hosts, guests and the community in general are a priority, so parties and events of any kind are forbidden in the apartment.
