Upon making the reservation I asked in the special request section that due to allergies, I would like to be placed in a "non-pet friendly" room.
I received a note back that ALL of their rooms are pet friendly.
When I arrived, I noticed that the grounds needed mowing badly. I arrived at 1pm to check in and was told come back "he's gone and won't be back until 3pm". I returned at 5pm. While the hotel lobby was clean, I was immediately struck with a pet odor when I got into my room. I noticed the sliding glass door to the balcony was filthy. It looked as of a few small children with sticky hands had been in the room. Later, in the middle of the night I got up to use the Bathroom. I noticed my feet stuck to the bathroom floor....looked down and immediately saw a semi-dried puddle of dog urine. The floor had obviously NOT been mopped. Nor the sliding glass door. I was unable to sleep much after that due to the smell and disgust I felt about asking for this not to happen and then receiving such a filthy room. Needless to say....I will NEVER stay here again. And, I do NOT recommend anyone else do either.
