"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "The Hotel was just as nice as shown in the pictures. Design is very nice, everything was super clean, the beds were really comfortable. The check in and communication was super easy and quick. As it was quite hot in the room (top floor) in summer, it would have been nice to have a fan of some sort. We will definitely come back and try out the breakfast. Thank you."
