The indoor pool a plus in these cold months - The location was perfect as well—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. Location, location, location! Breakfast is top notch. The entire staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent experience- clean and very helpful staff

Pros: location, the front staff were kind and accommodating, coffee and other beverages available 24/7, filtered water provided on each floor. Cons: the beds are advertised as queen but seemed more like a full-size, the room was tiny—even for two people, housekeeping lacked, no refrigerator or microwave This hotel is in a nice, quiet location in the city. We did not hear a lot of noise. It is close to Faneuil Hall. It is fairly dated and definitely needs to be renovated a bit. My biggest concern was with housekeeping. The room was really dusty, there was a big soap chunk in the sink drain, some substance on the bathroom door, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The bed, while small, was comfortable. The front staff was so kind.
