This apartment overlooking the lake in Masarè di Alleghe will welcome you with a feeling of warm familiarity from the first moment.  
  
The recent renovation has given this place an essential and functional atmosphere, perfect for a practical and comfortable vacation. However, its real jewel is undoubtedly the balcony, which offers a spectacular view of the serene waters of the lake, surrounded by the majestic Dolomites. Looking to the left, you can admire the scenic Mount Pape, while to the right the valley stretches toward the striking Col di Lana, witness to historic battles during World War I.  
  
The house offers an intimate and cozy space: a master bedroom for refreshment after your adventures in the woods or on the snowy slopes, and a small bedroom with bunk beds for your children. A full bathroom with window, equipped with a shower, to rejuvenate and prepare for the new days.  
  
The living area is bright and open, with an American-style kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, where you can unleash your culinary passion and prepare delicious treats or packed lunches for your hikes in the Dolomites. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave oven, freezer and every utensil you need for cooking, and of course, a coffee maker, because we all know that coffee is essential for the best start to your day!  
  
And to make your stay even more comfortable, we provide you with a washing machine, which is also ideal for slightly longer stays.  
  
We are also happy to welcome your four-legged friend, because he too deserves to enjoy the wonderful evening walks you can take just a few steps from your home.

In winter, the ski bus stop just a few meters from your front door will take you to the slopes of Alleghe, located only 1 km away anyway.
