Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from our check in service to holding our bags on our last day! In between, we had rides to places near the hotel and sound advice on where to eat and what to do! Our room was beautiful and unique!

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine during check in! I was double charged for parking (the hotel charged me for overnight Valet, and the parking garage they use- Metropolis- also charged me). This issue was resolved and i was credited for the error very quickly.
