Villa Dolores is a retreat for those who love peace and quiet, surrounded by nature and dedicated to relaxation—a place to unwind in the tranquility of the countryside.<br>The villa, which is fully fenced, is located just outside Alghero in an ideal location for visiting and discovering the beauty of Sardinia; it is a 10-minute drive from Alghero Airport and not far from Bombarde, Lazzaretto, La Speranza, and Del Lido—the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera. <br>The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is arranged over two levels connected internally by a convenient wooden staircase. The property is wheelchair-accessible, thanks to two tiled ramps that provide access to both the lower and upper levels, as well as to the garden, which is on the same level as the spacious, fully equipped verandas surrounding the house.<br>Nothing in the villa is left to chance, starting with the outdoor areas. Every space is designed to ensure a completely relaxing vacation. A spacious veranda features an outdoor living area complete with sofas and comfortable rattan armchairs from which you can admire the stunning pool. The in-ground pool, with its whirlpool corner and beach-style entry, will give you the feeling of being on the shore of a beach by the sea. <br>Outdoor showers are located next to the pool.<br>To the side of the pool is an elegant, fully equipped gazebo (complete with a barbecue, refrigerator, stovetop, and sink) where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner against the backdrop of the pool’s colorful lights.<br>From the veranda, you can access the sun deck, which is equipped with several lounge chairs, a round garden lounger, comfortable cushions, and umbrellas—a perfect spot to relax in the sun, read a book, or enjoy an aperitif.<br>For those who prefer more privacy, there is also a relaxation area, shaded by olive trees, dotted with benches, hammocks, swings, and hanging chairs—a unique place to experience harmony with nature.<br>The villa is entirely surrounded by a charming lawn, ideal for walks, and by a lush garden filled with flower beds featuring a wide variety of plants and flowers.<br>The garden features a large play area equipped with every kind of recreation and entertainment for both children (slide, swing, climbing frame, trampoline, basketball hoop) and adults (table tennis, foosball).<br>The interior decor has been carefully curated down to the smallest detail.<br>The villa is equipped with heating and cooling systems in every room and offers Wi-Fi.<br>The five bedrooms—one of which has an en suite bathroom—are spacious, furnished with care and taste, and are located on the lower level (three with king-size beds and two with twin beds); while on the upper floor, the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen feature large windows overlooking the verandas, from which you can admire the spectacular garden and the pool. <br>The house has 4 bathrooms on the lower level and one half-bath on the upper level.<br><br><br>Pets are allowed for an additional fee.<br>Cribs and high chairs are available for an additional fee.<br>Covered parking is available on the property.<br><br>The rental rate is based on the maximum number of guests listed in the listing; any additional guests will be charged separately at a rate of €40 per person per night.<br>Upon arrival, you are required to pay the tourist tax and a security deposit of €500, which will be refunded upon departure provided the house is left tidy and undamaged.
