The holiday apartment is in the natural bay of Portoconte 10 kilometres from lively Alghero. Surrounded by pine-woods and Mediterranean maquis, abounding in lonely bays and creeks hiding soft beaches it is the ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming,fishing,sailing, windsurfing ,diving ,trekking, horse riding or just walking in the paths of the park.
After a long day on the beach the evening can be just as busy thanks to restaurants, discos, bars and entertainment in the area or in nearby Alghero.This self-catering holiday apartment consists of a bedroom , another room, a sitting room with a sofa, table chairs and cooking facilities, a large bathroom with shower enclosure , bath and bidet, a terrace furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.....

Beautiful area, lovely apartment
My husband and I and our 9 month old had a lovely 10-day stay at Rita's apartment. Everything was pristinely clean and it was very well-equipped including lots of useful kitchen tools and a high chair. There is lots of information about the area such as the lovely beaches of Porto Conte (Mugoni is a good one with a baby as there is lots of shade). Maristella is very quiet but has a great shop and the local restaurant is good. Rita herself was very charming and helpful and allowed us to have a late check-out which was very appreciated! She obviously goes out of the way for guests and deserves all the good reviews on here :)

Relax and get away from it all
This was a great property in an even better location. We loved it here. Rita was very helpful and it was nice that she was there to meet us when we arrived. The view from our bedroom was superb and we loved having breakfast sitting on our balcony every day. The beaches were busy but we found some lovely, quiet beaches off the beaten track. It was useful to have a car. We love Sardinia and Maristella and are seriously considering going back next year.

Rita is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Having the bikes was great, we used them to get into Alghero , Sa Mandra.and the beaches.

Even better than expected.
My wife and I stayed for 9 days at the end of July 2018. Right from the beginning of the booking Rita (the owner) was extremely well organised and helpful which made everything very straightforward. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern inside. Even though our plane was delayed by 2 hours Rita was there when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. There is no English TV but this did not bother us as on holiday we prefer to do other things.The house is in a peaceful area with the sea and National Park walks on the doorstep. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday and we would love to return.

Lovely apartment in great location!
We have just returned from a brilliant week in Maristella. The owner, Rita, was extremely helpful before and after our booking. She met us at the apartment and was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very clean and spacious. We made use of the BBQ at the apartment and also enjoyed having our own private balcony. We used the 2 bikes at the apartment quite a few times as there is a great cycle path not too far from Maristella which you can then ride all the way to Alghero. We hired a car too so had the option of both which I would recommend. The location is great as Maristella is very quiet but you are not far from Alghero, various beaches and National Parks. We enjoyed the Butterfly Park very much which is not far in the car. We also liked Le Prigionette park where we saw wild deer, horses and donkeys which you can drive partly round, cycle or hike. The nearest beach is just across the main road from the apartment but we also liked the beach at Porticciolo. Thank you so much Rita for a fantastic holiday and for your kind hospitality! We hope to return again!

Un séjour très agréable chez Rita qui a pris soin de ses hôtes ! La maison est dans un état irréprochable. Pas un grain de poussière Rita est bienveillante et soucieuse que ses hôtes passent un séjour agréable ! Le logement est très bien situé et nous a permis de profiter des plages, de randonner ! Nice accomocation and impeccable host
We (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12)) stayed in the flat for a week at the beginning of October. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation offers everything you need for a holiday stay. The contact with Rita is uncomplicated, charming and leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is located on the edge of a nature reserve and in the heart of the diverse region around Alghero. There are varied opportunities for activities and a number of beautiful beaches in the area. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation .
