"The condo was fairly easy to find and once we got our bearings, the location was great. The outdoor patio space is phenominal. Despite it being "coolish" (weather wise), it's the area where we spent the bulk of our time. Furniture in the condo is comfortable and the unit itself is laid out well containing all the needed amenities. "Lovely clean apartment, we arrived late and was met by Giorgio who showed us around, lovely balcony and little garden, we had a small plumbing problem which was fixed instantly, would highly recommend future visitors, but you will need a car for shopping, the walk down to Sabinnilas was a good work out and along the promenade was lovely but I like walking, will probably rent again as we are always in the area on business."

"Everything was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the balcony is lovely - nothing not to like! The complex was cleaned every day and the location is perfect. An easy walk to Duquesa port, Sabinillas town and the castle area. Hopefully we can go back again next year!"

"The Apartment was very spacious with a very large deck showcasing amazing sunrises. Thomas was an excellent host, very thorough with many help full suggestions for dinning and shopping. He was very quick to respond to questions. A car is essential to have since there is not allot of shopping/ grocery stores within walking distance. The pool was closed when we arrived because of the drought along with the showers and washrooms along the beach, which was disappointing but out of the owners...

"The property was clean and decorated with cute but not terribly comfortable IKEA furniture with the exception of the beds which were fairly comfortable. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The only (small) negatives were no toilet paper, kitchen paper towels or hand soap. Although not within the owner’s control, the construction of a new condo building across the street started at dawn and didn’t allow for vacation sleep ins. Our late August/early September stay was nevertheless...

"Without any notice, he asked for a large deposit in cash despite no advance warning in the listing . At checkout, he asked for additional money to clean the sheets! Never has this happened before. If there is a cleaning fee, it should be in the listing. The place itself is exactly as advertised but we had issues with the remote to get in and out of the property & garage/. "We had a fantastic week in the property. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. We arrived after office hours and our keys awaited us as promised in the key box. Getting in to the apartment was very easy. We really appreciated the lift with our luggage and shopping. Having a dedicated parking space in the garage too was a massive bonus. "What a lovely apartment, so clean and well maintained. Very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Entry to the apartment block was via a coded gate so we felt very safe. The gardens and pool area were so beautifully kept, you couldn't help admire the manicured gardens whilst walking through. There was plenty of parking in the road right outside.. The apartment had a large balcony/terrace overlooking the 18th hole of the Dona Julia Golf Club so we were kept entertained...
