Just fully refurbished at the start of 2024 with Hypnos Kingsize bed, oak flooring, John Lewis furnishings and design. Ideal base to explore Stratford upon Avon, Roman Alcester, Warwick, Leamington Spa, the Cotswolds or Birmingham and Coventry. Fully self contained with 32” TV, Fridge, Hob and Combination Cooker, and breakfast bar. Parking is literally outside the front door so extremely easy access for those with mobility issues. Large walk in shower in separate en-suite bathroom.
