### Rent penthouse with stunning views

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ANNUAL RENTAL (September-June), for people interested in living all year round. The months of July and August the apartment will remain at the owner's disposal and the rent can be re-established at the beginning of September again. Rentals are NOT ALLOWED for single days, weeks or months.  
Carefully decorated apartment with impressive views of the coast and the town of Alcocebre. 65 m penthouse, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with utility room, living room, 1 bathroom, 15 m terrace. Covered garage space. Urbanization equipped with 2 community pools, children's play area and gardens. I only rent to responsible, clean people who are careful and tidy. Possibility of renting from September to June for 450 euros per month or July and August for 100 euros/day
