Villa with private sound-controlled pool, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi access.
Garden, sun loungers with mattresses, lawn, parking for 3 to 4 cars. It has an upper terrace and is located in a quiet area with the main infrastructures, 100m from the beach of Olhos de Agua.
The pool is equipped with the Underwater Sound System: AQUASOM: http: // www. Aquasom. with/
This system is ideal for listening to your favorite music while diving, nothing, or relax in the quiet of your pool. With AQUASOM® you can enjoy unique alternative leisures such as relaxing moments to the sound of underwater melodies or even diving into music festivals.

Walking on the sand (whenever the tide permits) you can reach the Falésia beach of Vilamoura (the source) and Maria Luísa beach (west).
This villa consists of lounge with fireplace, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with WC and air conditioning), balconies, 1 WC. Barbecue grill. Kitchen equipped with dishwashers. Washing machine in a storeroom inside the property.
The center of Albufeira is around 6 km away.

I have private transfer service to and from any point in Portugal and southern Spain, by sending a quote.

Stay at Villa Lima

Very disappointed in villa. Have stayed in many villas but non as bad or a "tired"as this .Cigarette butts on kitchen floor on arrival.Furniture in lounge very primative. Couldnt sit on it. Outside shower very dangerous. Tiles all loose exposing concrete. Pool needed cleaning and requested someone to attend. Very mouldy smell in 2 ground floor bedrooms. Bedding had marks on blankets . Bbq had to be cleaned before use. Paving dangerous .All uneven. Took an hour to sweep up leaves etc before able to use BBQ area. No welcome pack just to tied us over til we got to supermarket. Not even a cloth to wipe the surfaces!!!Made this unhygenic. No change of towels or bedding in a 10 day stay .Not suitable for young children as too many steps. There were other things wrong but feel I should leave it there. On a positve note the water was always hot for showers and the villa itself is in an excellent location. I do sound very negative but feel that this villa needs to be brought up to a better standard and is relying purely on its location .

Super stay at Casa Salenca

First impression was how accurate were the photos and description of the villa in the VRBO ad. Absolutely spot on! The villa instruction book covered everything about the Olhos d agua area. With which we were already familiar, as we had wintered from Canada several times before. This year was a bit chilly, but the bedrooms were equippedwith samsung fan heater units. Only the lounge/dining room felt chilly as it is open to the hallway and front door. Soon rectified with permission to use the fireplace which has a blower to circulate the heat to the room; so we were soon cosy! The kitchen was well equipped with highend stainless cookware and small applliances, (but this being Portugal..care needed to not use (eg)toaster and kettle together! The pool area was a wonderful sun trap(tanning area). The patio adjoining the living area was comfortably furnished and we enjoyed al fresco meals there; and used the BBQ in the shady courtyard below. The 4 bedrooms each had 2 beds, medium comfortable. We would have liked less lumpy, higher grade pillows! Though. Restaurants and Supermarket are walking distance. The accesss to the beach and cliff walking trails was nearby..serviced by well maintained stairs. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. (Be aware, though, electricity use, separately billed and visibly metered could be a higher charge than you would expect to pay in cash at the end of your vacation!) Cautious use of heating and A/C recommended. Hope this info is helpful!

Fabulous location

Villa Lima is in a fabulous location right next to the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The villa is very nice, the only thing that let it down was the garden was very unity and not looked after. We'll certainly be going back though.

God beliggenhed og indretning, men standarden for ringe. Kælderlugt og mug.

Villaen har ideel beliggenhed tæt ved strand og indkøbsmuligheder, men virker snavset og slidt. Der var især en ubehagelig kælderlugt i huset, navnlig i underetagen, hvor der også var grønt af mug i loftet i badeværelset. Vi savnede en informationsmappe om lokale forhold (f.eks. om de forskellige indkøbsmuligheder, offentlig transport m.v.) og om de praktiske ting i huset (f.eks. om affaldshåndtering, komfur, vaske- og opvaskemaskine, musikanlæg m.v.). Vi blev "introduceret" til huset af ejerens far, som ikke kunne engelsk, og som først ankom noget efter os, så vi måtte stå og vente med små børn og bagage på vejen. Der var tæpper på sengene, men det kneb med at holde varmen i nattens løb. Der manglede to babydyner, som vi havde bestilt.

Great location with pool, steps from beach, close to shopping and restaurants

After touring Lisbon, we were looking forward to a more low key few days at the breath taking beaches. Pool was used immediately upon arrival, then beach the next day. Fabulous beach/scenary just down the block from the house. It was quite warm when we were there and those staying downstairs would have liked to have air in their bedrooms. Great day trips to Albuferia and Lagos (take the boat tours!) as well as easy access to restaurants. Some hills but fewer than Lisbon!

Amazing location

We stayed for one week in this wonderfully located villa, all our party said they would love to come back here. A couple of furniture issues need attention but we are told they are being addressed over the winter, needless to say it did not spoil our enjoyment at all. The pool is so inviting and the view from the balcony out to sea is amazing

We had an amazing time!

The house has everything you need and its very good located. You can get to a beautiful beach 5min by foot. We were a group of 12 without a car but this wasn't a problem. By cap it will take 10min to get to Albufeira.

Excellent Villa In A Brilliant Location.

The Villa itself is excellent and we plan to return next year if possible. However I think that would be dependent on two major factors: the downstairs bedrooms need to have AC installed and the Wi Fi would have to be totally upgraded. There was a property management problem which might well be because Joao was being very accommodating when I told him we would be arriving at noon - 4 hours before the entry time. The inside of the Villa had been cleaned but the outside hadn't been touched. The whole of the outside area was swept, cleaned and weeded by myself and my family. Joao sent a grasscutter round a few days later. Joao also sent round someone after a few days who did a bit of hosing but the place was immaculate by then. He also sent someone to clean the pool bottom, but as expected, we cleaned the leaves etc. off the surface every day. As I said we would all go back, given the improvements mentioned, which I consider a ringing endorsement.

Great location

Nice private villa, great location, close to everything. We loved pool too. Didn't need a car: used taxis from/to train station and Uber to see Albufeira and some other beaches. Beds probably need new mattresses, but overall great experience.

Excellent stay

A group of 21-23-year-olds. Perfect location to beach, restaurant and a five minute taxi ride to nightlife. Ten minute walk to the local supermarket. Excellent cleanliness in the villa and the bathrooms have recently been updated from the above pictures. Joao was on hand for any problems that we had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Majical scenery , fantastic location

The location of the villa is propably the best part of everything, you can sit on the roof balcony all day and enjoy the scenery. Villa itself is good with a very nice pool.The building does need a little modernisation but for the price it's well worth it. Thank you and hope to come back again.

Lovely villa, perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa, the location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The villa is clean and comfortable with some lovely views. We were especially pleased with the large pool area, very spacious and well looked after. The wifi was fairly decent but at times could be slow. We would most definitely return here for another visit. Thanks for a lovely stay.
