Villa Jasmim OCV - Heated Pool
Albufeira Design Jasmin is a semi-detached private luxury villa with private pool with capacity for 6 people.
Albufeira Design Jasmin villas has three bedrooms and a living room, individual terraces, private swimming pool and a large garden. The house have a contemporary design and plenty of sunlight, due to the large spans, balconies and terraces, the inner patios and the double height living area. A must of comfort and elegance.
There is a Double room downstairs, a bathroom, the spacious living room and kitchen. Upstairs there is the master suite with a double bed and another suite also with double bed.
Full equipped with satellite TV, internet Ar condition and much more facilities. The Albufeira Design Villa in Albufeira its a nice villa who offers all the comfort for a great holiday.
Car is not necessary for this villa, which has all the facilities within a few minutes walk. However, it has a private garage, which fits 1 car.
This villa has a great BBQ area, to enjoy all fresco meals.
Albufeira Design Jasmim is equipped with a heated swimming pool that can be connected for a supplement of €60 per day (minimum cost per stay: €420). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.
Albufeira Design Jasmin is located in the heart of Albufeira, in a very calm area and 1,3 km away from the beach. Also, near the Alfarrobeira Garden, which is a large leisure area with green grass and pedestrian and cycling pathways Facilities such as, supermarket, local market and many others are only 5/10 minutes away walking. The Old Town and the Strip, both famous for the various restaurants, bars and shops are only 3 minutes away by car.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.

L’ensemble du séjour a été top ! La villa est très très bien et conforme au descriptif ! Très Bien placée , pour notre part très au calme car personne dans les deux villas à côté mais c’était la 2e semaine de septembre , donc j’imagine plus bruyant en saison ! Il y a quand même du vis à vis non négligeable pour ceux que ça interpelle ! Les logeurs sont au top, très bonne communication avec eux et un petit coffret de bienvenue nous attendait ! Literie très confortable, propreté irréprochable ! La maison est très bien équipée il ne manque absolument rien et même bien plus que ce à quoi on peut s’attendre ! Rallonges, bac à glaçons, pics à brochettes, vaisselle très suffisante !
Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

La propriété est très belle et très fonctionnelle.Literie confortable. Emplacement idéal facile pour accéder à la mer et la vieille ville d’Albufeira. Au calme pour la période où nous étions présents. Petit bémol pour la propreté qui était plutôt sommaire ! Sinon satisfait de nos vacances.

Stunning villa, exactly as the pictures show!
Beautiful property in a residential neighbourhood. Only 15 minutes walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. My only issue was there was no hot water in the property for 3 days. Pool would benefit from being heated as it is very cold. Other than that I would not hesitate to book this villa next year.
