Studio apartment on the ground floor, located in an urbanization, one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve. São Rafael urbanization has swimming pools, gardens and bar. It is located near the beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes, just a few minutes from the Center and the Albufeira Marina.  
The apartment consists of: Living / Bedroom; Balcony; Equipped kitchen and Bathroom. A place to enjoy a restful vacation!  
  
This pleasant studio apartment on the ground floor is located in an urbanization, one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve. The urbanization has gardens lawns, 1 children's swimming pool and 1 large swimming pool with several sun loungers; bar with terrace and leisure space. It is located only 300m from the two wonderful beaches of São Rafael - Praia dos Arrifes and Praia Grande, 3km from the center of Albufeira and a few minutes from the Albufeira Marina.   
  
The apartment is composed of: Entrance hall, Living / Bedroom equipped with double bed, 2 sofas with 2 seats, TV (Portuguese channels), dining table with 4 chairs; Balcony equipped with a plastic table and 4 chairs; Equipped kitchen with Washing machine, Fridge with freezer, Electric oven, Hob, Microwave, Coffee machine, electric kettle, Toaster, Hand blender; Bathroom with shower, equipped with hair dryer and socket.  
A place to enjoy a restful holiday with the possibility of taking advantage of the most varied activities!  
  
Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including all the common areas of the urbanization, such as gardens, Swimming pool, children's pool, bar and leisure area.  
  
I leave my guests at ease, but I am available when ever they need me.  
  
Apartment inserted in one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve, with the designation of Urbanization of São Rafael. This urbanization has as characteristic the beautiful landscaped gardens with lawns; Good sized communal swimming pool surrounded by space with sun loungers; children swimming pool; Bar with terrace and leisure space near the pool. Located just 300 meters from the wonderful beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. These beaches have an interesting natural landscape. The center of Albufeira and the Marina are only a few minutes away, and it is where you can find various trade spaces, such as local shops, Hypermarkets, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, among others.  
São Rafael is a space full of character and natural beauty!  
  
The accommodation is close to the bus stop. Where buses like Eva and City-sightseeing stop.  
If you prefer you can also use transport such as Taxi and TVDE (Uber).  
  
If you do not wish to use public transport you can always rent a car.  
The parking is free, outside the apartments.
