Cozy villa with heatable pool

Villa Krabi is a welcoming and well-located residence, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and the convenience of being in the centre of Oura, in Albufeira, perfect for relaxed holidays without the need for a car.



The home begins with the living room, a bright and welcoming space, designed for moments of socialising and rest in a peaceful environment, with fluid connection to the dining area, creating a functional and harmonious space for families or small groups.



On the ground floor are the bedrooms of the dwelling. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, whilst the second bedroom offers a double bed and private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, which serves the rest of the house.



The kitchen, separated from the living room by a counter, is fully equipped and functional, ideal for preparing meals comfortably throughout your stay.



On the exterior, the property has a pleasant outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate. The private pool invites moments of leisure and relaxation, and can be used as a heated pool (additional cost). For additional entertainment, there is also a table tennis table.



Villa Krabi is located in the heart of Oura, close to the beach, as well as bars, restaurants and shops, with easy access to Albufeira town centre and the Old Town.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €300 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests.

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
