With 80 m² of area, it is a beautiful and fully equipped space, ideal for a memorable stay. Here are some of its main features: ROOMS: The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Both rooms ensure a welcoming environment for a good night's rest. ROOM: The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, with a sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests. The room is also equipped with a television and satellite TV (languages: English), providing entertainment for the whole family. KITCHEN: The independent kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all necessary appliances, including fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and juicer. TERRACE AND BALCONY: The apartment has a 10 m² terrace with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals. Additionally, there is a balcony that offers pleasant views of the surrounding area. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Among the additional amenities are an iron, hairdryer, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation, ensuring comfort throughout the year. LOCATION: The apartment is located in a lively and central area, just 1 metre from the city centre "Old Town" and a short walk from several beaches, including "Peneco Beach" (500 m), "Tunnel Beach" (500 m), "Fishermen's Beach" (600 m) and "Inatel Beach" (700 m). The "Spar" supermarket is just 100 metres away, as is the "Av. Liberdade" bus station. Other nearby attractions include the "Salgados" golf course (10 km), "Ferreiras" train station (10 km), the "Aquashow" water park (20 km) and the "Zoomarine" theme park (20 km). Faro airport is 35 km away.
