The villa was ideal for our needs and had everything we wanted. The only niggle was paying our security deposit in cash then having it refunded to my bank account. Between what I assume were bank charges and the exchange rate, we took a reasonable hit on the original sum, which we all felt was a bit unfair.

Super locatie en heerlijk huis.

Top weekje met onze jongvolwassenen, goed zo vlak bij het uitgaansleven maar in de rust. Het uitzicht naar zee is heerlijk. Sommige dingen wel wat verouderd zoals de vaatwasmachine, maar mocht de pret niet drukken.

Holiday at the villa

Big thank you to Susana who was an amazing host, very good with communication before the trip and lovely when showing us around on arrival. The villa itself is amazing, pictures don’t quite do the size of it justice. It was in perfect condition and well-kitted out with everything we needed. It’s also situated in an ideal location within walking distance to a large supermarket, the beach and the old town. Amazing stay and would love to be back again one day

Perfect Villa exactly what you see on the photos if not better, great owner and easy to contact. Stayed with 7 friends in our early 20s and had absolutely no problems at all. Would easily recommend this to a family or someone in a similar situation to us.

Nice stay for a group of young adults

We had a very nice and pleasant stay. Everything was really nice.More then enough room. Very nice pool and location was also very good. Especially Susana the host was really good. Perfect communication about everything. Great house.

Geweldige vakantie

Prachtig huis. Prima locatie. Zwembad is groter dan het lijkt op de foto’s. Susana is een prima host. De verschillende dakterrassen zijn fijn.

Nice villa in great location

Villa is in a residential area, ideal for the beach and shops, while far enough away from the noisier parts of Albufeira. Overall Villa 41 was great for the 6 adults and 3 children in our party. Some of the furniture in the villa is a bit battered and in particular the chairs around the outside table need attention.

Great villa in great location

The villa was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and nice and clean. Located perfectly in the middle of the old town and the strip while being in a very quiet spot. We had everything we needed. The house was very safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa

We stayed here with a group of 11 persons. The villa was big enough and looked very good. The location is great, close to the strip and the beach and the villa is located in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was available in the villa. We had a great time and the villa certainly helped to achieve that.

Villa #8168526 August 2018 Great Villa Great location

We phoned from Faro airport and arranged to meet Maria on site, she took us around and gave us a guided tour, all good, nice and clean and spacious for our 3 families, 6 adults and 5 children 16 to 4 years. Quick 5 minute trip by car to nearest supermarket and we’re all set. In the late afternoon we found the kettle was dead, so managed to work out electric hob and boiled water for our tea. Advised Maria of problem. Next day at the beach just a 5 minute walk downhill, arriving home there's a new kettle in a box, great service. Another minor hiccup was that the previous guests had shut the safe with their password, so we had to wait to get a key to open it and then put in our password from the inside. Sorted. The villa is ideally located for “the Strip”, a 5/10 minute walk on level roads, the beaches and the “Old Town” ( downhill ) with great views down to the sea, as other reviewers have noted. The children all loved the pool. But I’m going to lower the rating average i’m afraid. At the end of the day the solar hot water does just not deliver enough hot water! The family with the young child started to shower early about 5-00 pm as they eat early. By the time i left the pool about 6-30 / 7-00 pm, still sunny, nice and hot, after 9/10 showers the water was only lukewarm. We all needed a evening shower before going out for our meals after being covered in suntan oil all day. Talking to Susana there is some problem with the solar units, ( there was hot water flowing down the driveway during the day) but as the villa is fully booked for the busy season they are reluctant to bring in workmen who would disturb the guests, until it's quiet in Sept. / October. Another irritant is the rear security shutter to the patio, this is broken, a guy came out on the Sunday we arrived to inspect it, but nothing else happened ! Not a big problem as the outer door does lock. 5 stars for the villa and location.

We had a very pleasannt stay at the villa. Good hospitality from the host.

We were 12 people staying at the villa. And I can say that everyone had a good time here. Close to the beach as well as shops and a 15 minute walk to the Albufeira old town. I would absolutely recommend this villa to others. The host Susana was very helpfull and made our stay perfect!
