Villa Bermudas is a charming 4-bedroom holiday home located in Quinta da Balaia, just a 5-minute drive from the region's best beaches. With a relaxing atmosphere, it is the perfect choice for your holiday.



It features 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite), 4 bathrooms, air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the villa has two spacious living and dining rooms with comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area.



Outdoors, you can enjoy the private pool (optional heating) and barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals with family and friends.



Located in a quiet residential area, the property is near Albufeira centre, Rua dos Bares, Praia da Oura, and Olhos de Água, with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and golf courses.



Perfect for those seeking tranquillity without sacrificing proximity to all amenities and the stunning Algarve beaches.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

Peaceful and spacious villa close to the beach

This villa was the ideal setting for our holiday in the Algarve. The house offers plenty of space for larger families or groups, and the layout makes it easy to enjoy time together while still having privacy when needed. The pool was a highlight, we opted for the heating and it was absolutely worth it. The barbecue area and outdoor dining space were used daily, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful. Its location close to Praia da Oura and Olhos de Água gave us plenty of options for beach days and dining out. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic stay with everything you need

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bermudas. The villa is bright, airy, and very well maintained. It has a lovely flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, with the pool area easily accessible from the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable even on warmer days. The area is calm and residential, but in just a few minutes we could reach shops, restaurants, and some of the Algarve’s best beaches. It’s the kind of place you book and don’t want to leave.

Perfect villa for a family getaway

Villa Bermudas exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The bedrooms are comfortable, and having four bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, the private pool and BBQ space were where we spent most of our time. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the centre of Albufeira and beautiful beaches. It offered the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to activities. Highly recommended!

The check in time was at 16. However, it was a self check in and we were in front of the house at 15.50. We called 3 times but no one gave us the code and told us to wait till after 16 even though the house was already ready and no one was in the.house. When we told the company the dishwasher was broken. They said they will report it to the team but they never did anything about it and we had to fix it ourself. Also one one sink wasn’t working, a table was broken

Très bonne communication Ils ont été réactifs malgré quelques petits soucis (piscine non préparée à notre arrivée et problème d'électricité) La literie et les couvertures devrait être modifiée dans certaines chambres. Un petit coup de fraicheur (mobile vieillot et salles de bain dans leur jus) serait vraiment un plus car la maison a un énorme potentiel. On ne se marche pas dessus à 8

The villa was well equipped with a great size pool

The location is excellent, literally minutes from restaurants, shops and bars. There were 10 of us, my mum and dad, myself and my family and my sister and her family. Ages ranged from 4-55. We had a truly wonderful stay, the villa is clean and the pool is fab. We had it heated and the kids absolutely loved it. The rep Martin was excellent, attentive and helpful.
