Villa Bermudas is a charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and relaxation just minutes away from the best beaches in the Algarve. The spacious living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels, and direct access to the outdoors. The villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. One double bedroom is en suite with a bathtub, and another twin bedroom is en suite with a shower. The remaining bedrooms have two single beds each and access to additional bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms include air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals, with direct access to the outdoor area. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) and a BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining with family and friends. Located in the peaceful Quinta da Balaia area, just a 5-minute drive from Albufeira, Praia da Oura, and Olhos de Água, this villa combines tranquility with convenient proximity to restaurants, shops, and golf courses. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. We recommend renting a car due to the property's location and, if you wish, we’ll be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if needed. La maison est vieille mais fonctionnelle. Le pommeau de douche d’une douche ne fonctionnait pas mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé car il y a plusieurs douches. They left after 15minutes leaving cigerette butts and filth behind including a mop bucket that looked like it was 10 years old. The door locks of the villa were all damaged so we could not leave anything in the villa. The pool was filthy and covered in green algae. The furnitute was old, damaged and damgerous. The bath has a rusty hole in it and is broken at one corner. The sunbeds are a lottery of ones you can use and ones you can not. 2 of them collapsed broken when we sat on them. The furniture inside was old and broken and quite honestly dangerous. To top it all off they are now telling me they are not returning my deposit because of the broken sunbeds. I can show anyone who wants to see the damages and 17 emails i sent to the agent during my stay. Even the cleaners seen the broken locks and agreed that we could not use the pool until 3 days into our holiday someone arrived to clean it. I have photos of the green slime on the pool also shoukd anyone wish to sed them. If i could rate this villa with no stars i would. Disgustingly filthy and unsuitable for normal families. Please avoid like the plague. Unfortunately i can only add 8 photos but am more than willing to provide the other 22 i have taken. However, it was a self check in and we were in front of the house at 15.50\. We called 3 times but no one gave us the code and told us to wait till after 16 even though the house was already ready and no one was in the.house. When we told the company the dishwasher was broken. They said they will report it to the team but they never did anything about it and we had to fix it ourself. There were 10 of us, my mum and dad, myself and my family and my sister and her family. Ages ranged from 4-55\. We had a truly wonderful stay, the villa is clean and the pool is fab.
