Villa Isis is a charming holiday home with an excellent central location in Albufeira, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway close to the beach and all amenities. The living and dining area is bright and spacious, offering a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas and a table ideal for sharing meals and moments together. The villa features three bedrooms, including one double room with an en-suite bathroom and two twin rooms. There is also an additional bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals with ease and convenience. Outside, there is a pleasant garden with a private heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying warm Algarve evenings. Villa Isis combines comfort and practicality in a privileged location, just a few minutes’ walk from Oura Beach, restaurants, shops, and Albufeira’s inviting bars. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings. The pool was good but not very suitable for infants as it went deep very quickly. Villa was bit tired inside and the ensuite toilet could be upgraded as shower cubicle had cracked tiles and ingrained dirt. Overall it was good but we have stayed in a villa in the area before and was far superior and also cheaper. Also 180 euros to heat pool was a bit much ##### Edward M. Séjour de 14 nuits en août 2018 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Matt P. 24 avr. 2018 #### Lovely villa - a couple of minor reservations I completely agree with all the other reviews of this property. It's a lovely villa in a quiet location, all the photos are completely accurate and I really couldn't fault the villa. One slight thing to do with the local area, more for information purposes really. This villa is located close to 'The strip' in Albufeira, I took this from previous reviews to mean that it was close to restaurants and bars....which is true... However the strip is basically \*the\* location in Portugal where brits go on stag/hen do's etc. It really isn't family friendly in any way (i suppose depending on how you choose to entertain your kids). We arrived on Sat night and we straight to the strip looking for dinner..... and then basically legged it because of what was going on, imagine the scenes you see on 'ibiza unbound' type programmes. That said though there are plenty of other areas to enjoy, some streets in the old town are lovely, and in between the villa and the old town there are loads of nice places to eat/drink. You can't hear the noise from the strip in the villa so its perfectly possible to not even know it's there. Of course the strip may be your sort of thing, in that case you will love it! Dont let any of the above put you off the villa, it was lovely :) ##### Matt P. Séjour de 14 nuits en avril 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### NIall M. 19 avr. 2018 #### Great home,secure and safe for the children. Quiet but completely convenient to shops and the beach. Wonderful family holiday, great service being met at the airport. Having a cleaner and gardener was so helpful. A heated pool for the time of year is a must and we used the heating inside in the evenings. It would be better to provide some basics like salt, sugar and some washing up liquid. ##### NIall M.
