Cozinha muito bem equipada e churrasco no exterior. Mobiliário recente e eletrodomésticos novos. Quando chegámos estava tudo limpo e as toalhas foram trocadas no final da primeira semana. Piscina com espaço para os mais pequenos. Nos primeiros dias o ambiente foi calmo e familiar, o que foi bastante agradável. Com a entrada de grupos de jovens com horários e maneira de estar diferentes houve mais barulho e confusão. É necessário carro para as deslocações mas conseguimos chegar a praias, supermercados e restaurantes em menos de 10 minutos.
