Apartment Josefa is a lovely apartment in a great location - walkable to the supermarkets and restaurants of Vale De Parra. Benefitting from two shared pools and lovely grounds, with a small childrens play area and communal BBQ area. 5th person has to be a child.

The Space:
Apartment Josefa is situated just under 2 kilometres from Praia da Galé Oeste, a fantastic beach. This two-bedroom apartment in Encosta São José offers an excellent choice for your family holiday. Central Vale De Parra has cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and an ATM all within easy reach, and a handful of great restaurants.

The complex features two outdoor swimming pools, including a dedicated children’s pool, as well as a play area for kids and a barbecue spot for outdoor gatherings. Parking is available for all residents, with common shared spaces outside the complex for free use. Please note that the garage is restricted to permanent residents or owners and is not accessible to visitors or customers.



Inside the apartment, you’ll find two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, complete with bed linen and towels, a flat-screen TV, a cosy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming patio offering garden views. Designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child, this apartment is the perfect choice for a memorable family holiday.

The fifth child does have a sofa bed option and a small supplement of £75. The fifth person must be a child.

Please note there is a Refundable Security Deposit of £350 payable before travel, fully refundable of course subject to no damages.

Please note, cots are available for an additional £7.50 per day.

The Neighborhood:
Vale de Parra has a few restaurants, cafe bars, and a mini market are within a short walk from the house, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.

The nearest Supermarket is Aldi just a few minutes away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.

The best beaches are close too, around 30 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have great restaurants too.



Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers!
