This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is near many Pocono Mountain attractions such as Major Ski Resorts (Jack Frost and Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, Hiking, Skirmish, Whitewater Rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, Horseback Riding, Biking, Shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets, Casinos, and so much more..!  
  
 This home features Living room with 50' TV, HD Cable, DVD, Free WiFi, Computer Desk, Kitchen and Dining Room. Perfect Game room featuring 50' TV with HD Cable, Pool Table, Foosball, Large Air Hockey Table, and Propane Fireplace. Let's not forget the outdoor Hot Tub, large decks, gas grill (must bring your own tank!) and central heating and AC! Washer and Dryer.   
  
 This Home is only a 10 Block walk from the beach on a 190 acre lake, the clubhouse is only another block away. enjoy fishing, boating, private tennis and basketball courts in the community..  
  
 Home is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets. Please bring towels, dish towels, linens, paper products and toiletries. This home accommodates 11 guests. (Per township rules: 10 adults, rest under 2yrs old) Please do not exceed this number. ATTENTION TENANTS: The community will only issue upto 8 passes for lake and amenities!!!

This house is 10 blocks from private 190 acre lake within the development, also includes a clubhouse for dining, full bar and game room in basement for the kids, outdoor pool, beach, tennis and basketball courts also withing the community, it is near major ski resorts, and a handful of golf courses, 15 mins from Pocono race track, hiking, skirmish, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, indoor water park 10 mins away in split rock resort, 35 mins from 3 casinos, 15 mins from historical town of Jim Thorpe, pa and lots of state game land in the area for hunters. (there is no hunting within the development!) any other questions just ask!!

#### Fun filled house, close to skiing

My friends and I had a great stay at this house for a quick ski weekend. We loved the games in the basement and the hot tub. The house had plenty of space and beds for us all. The house is cozy but updated, we had no issues during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is that if you are going to stay here, you should bring a lot of things with you (toiletries, paper products, salt & pepper, extra towels). The listing says toilet paper and paper towels are included, but the host contacted me saying only one roll of TP would be provided per bathroom and no paper towels. There was only one dishwasher pod and only one towel per person, so we didn’t have anything to use after the hot tub. It’s a very nice house, probably would be great for kids too, just make sure you are prepared.

#### Your home away from home

Very cozy home, different methods of heating including fireplaces which is a nice touch. Games were entertaining for my family(adults and kids). Cori was very detailed and communicated well before and during our stay. There needs to be some minor replacements throughout the house like kitchen mitts.

We had a very nice time at this house. We loved the hot tub and game room. Every day we would see deer in our yard. We would recommend you to stay at this house.

4 stars becaz jacuzzi was a need the jets cleaned and the lady states it was important we be there on time but she was 15 minutes late . EXCELLENT PLACE PEACEFUL QUIET CLEAN ALL THINGS AS EXPECTED NICE WELCOME GIFT EXCELLENT PLAY ROOM FOR KIDS AND ADULTS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME WILL RETURN

#### Pocono stay

The pictures don’t do this home justice. Fabulous inside but the outside is really perfect for families. Very little traffic so safe to bike ride with the kids every morning around the neighborhood. Every night we had badminton in the backyard, then on to the hot tub. There’s a clubhouse between the pool and lake that you can walk to serving food and drinks. We had a wonderful time, returning home with that exhausted happy feeling. We will definitely be returning next summer.

#### great getaway

My family and I spent a week at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The home is so warm and welcoming and very clean! The location is great- close to skiing, restaurants, and fun places to visit. The hot tub and game room were a big hit as well.. The wooded lot was beautiful and was often visited by neighborhood deer:) Chuck and Cori were attentive and quick to respond to inquiries. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone considering a getaway in the Poconos!

The house is super clean and spacious. Cori and his property managers, JoAnn and Chuck, are very communicative and responsive. We had an excellent time! Definitely looking forward to another stay!

#### New Year's getaway

Home was clean & renovated, just as shown in pictures, we enjoyed the hot tub & game room very much! Pet friendly, home has everything you need for a quick getaway, owner and property manager were great and always checked up on us; the only down fall for us was the dining table only accommodates 6, squeezing 8; as long as you don't mind splitting up family and having them eat on the counter and on coffee table, you should be fine!

#### Flawless Experience

Working with Cori and the folks involved with this property helped make our stay that much better. The house was in perfect condition and everything seemed brand new and clean. The neighborhood was charming and neighbors were beyond friendly. The house had a great game room that made for a lot of fun activities. Cori was kind enough to let us know of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We all had a wonderful time and the process of getting in, and checking out was seamless. We would love to come back in the future. A one of a kind experience that I wish I could rate 6/5 stars. Thank you for your hospitality and help!
