It's a lot bigger than you think looking at it from the front building - it actually wraps around the back and there's a 2nd building back there, too. Our room was in the main building and was just big enough for 2-3 guests. We could hear some banging from the next unit over and could hear guests outside/on the porches, but all in all it was rather quiet.
