Spacious room with clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub could be hotter but understand it could be a liability. Breakfast was as stated. Would like to see more whole wheat bread/English muffins and fresh fruit. It was nice to have fresh coffee at 6 am available for our departure. Would stay here again.

We got a room on the corner of the building and it was so big and pretty. It was very clean. The room said 1 bed but it also had a couch with a pullout bed. Breakfast was good and free. Parking can be expensive. Felt safe here despite lots of homeless people downtown.

We got up to our floor and our key didn’t work. Which normally is no big deal but it was VERY busy and one elevator wasn’t working. So to go down and get something and then wait 10 min for an elevator was a pain.
Clean good breakfast.

We did not stay at this property! Our plans change due to mother-in-law having a stroke. We notified the hotel 4 days in advance to cancel the reservation and they would not give us our money back. Expedia try to help but the hotel refused to refund the money.
