Just pay a separate, fully refundable, \*\*\*$500 security deposit directly to the owner before arrival and the boat is yours to use at your leisure. This very pontoon rents for $525/day at the marina making this amenity a $3700 weekly value. It's almost like renting a pontoon and getting a lake house for free!! Prepare to be blown away by the long range views this home features. Miles & miles of water, viewable from a wall of windows at the rear of the house, with an unobstructed view, overlooking Tillery's main channel. Pet friendly with a small pet fee, 3 B/R, 2 1/2 bath with room to sleep 10\. Completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022\. Backyard renovation completed in April of '22 which includes a new 20 X 20 deck containing a covered gazebo, TV, sectional seating and bar area. There is also a new 20X30 paver patio with wood burning fire pit and high-end outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen includes a grill, griddle, professional grade gas fired pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, 25lb/day ice maker and 2nd outdoor bar. The third outdoor entertaining area is a screened in porch with beautiful outdoor furniture for your morning coffee overlooking the lake. MBR has a sliding door to private balcony with an unobstructed expansive view of the lake. Completely renovated and fully outfitted kitchen for all your cooking needs. All new stainless appliances. All bathrooms have all been completely gut renovated in '25\. They include luxurious, spa like, walk in showers each having multiple body sprayers and rainfall shower heads. Luxury bamboo linens and towels are provided free of charge along with an initial set up of all paper products and laundry detergent. There is also a very convenient, private, personal boat launch right next door to the house for your personal boat or jet skis. Great for diving, swimming and fishing. The kids and adults alike will love the 15 foot long unsinkable water pad that is included for guest use. This was one of our best rental experiences - the house was great, the outdoor space is awesome, and the boat was a fun bonus. We had brunch on the deck under the pergola. We used both the grill and pizza oven on the stamped patio. Outstanding amenities!! Just be careful of the view of the lake. The home has fantastic views and plenty of room to spread out outdoors. The use of the boat certainly made the trip! We were fortunate enough to have mostly sunny weather to enjoy getting out on and into the water. Any questions we did have were quickly addressed by Sebastian, which we really appreciated. The home has everything anyone would need, with great amenities such as the splash pad, the boat, and the outdoor entertaining area. The location is prime, the house was immaculate, the amenities were awesome, especially the outdoor kitchen and all the space, seating, decks, fire pits, etc. The outside list is endless. Our big perk was the use of the boat on a daily basis, and we certainly got our use of the screened in porch. Highly recommended, and our entire clan loved it! ##### Kelli S. Having use of the pontoon boat was a real plus, and not something a lot of property owners will do. The boathouse, decks and all the outdoor amenities are first class. We loved using the gas firepit and the outdoor griddle and eating space. The house is very nice and has everything you will need. This was the second stay at Sebastian's lake house and our family had an incredibly fun time! Sebastian as always was a great host and had the house and boat ready to go for our arrival. Every morning, afternoon, and evening we would all spend either resting on all the available furniture or playing in the water or pulling the kids on the tube! It's exactly as described by the owner and it's exactly like the pictures. The communication and check-in process were every easy, the instructions for all the amenities were clearly written and understandable, the beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, including some spices in case you forgot yours. The weather was a bit cold to spend much time using the outdoor amenities (there are many), but we did do a little fishing off the dock. There are lots of stores and restaurants only about 10-15 minutes away. We had dinner at Five Points Public House in downtown Albemarle and it was great. Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a lake house to rent. It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the lake with friends. The house was cozy and nicely updated. Tons of entertaining space and lots of room to fit two families of 4\. I can't think of any negative things to say about the house, in fact, we were going to probably make this a yearly vacation with our close friends and kids each Summer. The house didn't have fishing poles, but we went right down to the store and purchased two rods and left them there for future guests to enjoy. The kids caught tons of fish right from the dock and were able to always keep themselves busy if we were not on the boat having fun. The house is in a great location and easy in and out for the boat as well. Nothing else to say about that house other than if you are interested or on the fence, book it. I’m not sure where to begin!The house is awesome- very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, great appliances and lots of tv’s! We brought our own games, but there are many options in the laundry area too! The outdoor entertaining is off the chain! The outdoor kitchen is amazing and there is a lot of seating! The firepit on the main patio was where a lot of our memories were made! My kids (young adults) loved the dock as well as the crows nest area with amazing views. Did I mention that EVERY toilet has a heated toilet seat!? My goodness now I don’t know how I will live without this in my life! The newly renovated bathrooms were gorgeous and the showers were amazing!The pontoon was immaculate and ran like a champ. This lake is so beautiful and we enjoyed our trips admiring the homes and scenery! The stereo system on the boat was great too…The best part- the host, SEBASTIAN! I’ve rented many VRBO’s and he is by far the most attentive and interactive host we have ever had. He responded immediately each time we called or had a question. SUPER nice man who clearly loves this home and wants a great experience for all his guests. THANK YOU!This is a wonderful home for ALL ages and it’s in a great location. The house was perfect for all activities, whether relaxing on one of the multiple decks to watch the sun go down, sitting around the fire pit after dinner, lounging on the floats off the deck or cruising on the boat around the lake. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend but the water temperature was close to 80 degrees so very comfortable. The house has every amenity you can think of from sonos speakers both inside and along the deck, a full high end bbq with an outdoor griddle, a pizza oven and outdoor tvs in several areas. There was ample seating to eat outside on the top deck with a canopy or the lower level with raised counters for a larger group around the bbq and fire pit. Also a screened in seating area off the den which was a nice feature for one of the nights when it rained. The pictures are accurate and the house was clean when we arrived. The owner was responsive when we had questions during the stay and he spent a few minutes with us on the phone when we initially arrived to walk us through some of the features and setup. The lake is clean and easy to navigate. It was busy on the Saturday but not as crazy as other lakes we have visited around NC. The house is in a good location near one end of the lake and there is a Dollar General within a mile and they carry a lot of food, ice and beer which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting again in the future. Highly recommend ##### Joseph M I.
