I reported there were ants in my room upon checking in on Friday September 4. I came back Saturday only to find ants in the room. I know this was not Hotel Indigo or the Doubletree, but this (ants in the room) is not acceptable

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I especially appreciate the ease of access to the mall. This was a short stay but I rested comfortably and all of my needs were met. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There are a few minor things like dead plants in planters that need attention but this did not affect my overall experience and/or satisfaction.
