Stayed in a premium room that was newly renovated. 1st night water leak in bathroom at midnight, fixed within half hr, but ceiling left in a mess. 2nd day fridge not working, reported in the morning nothing done, reported again and a large under counter fridge was brought which had to stay in middle of room! When we arrived no bed made up for my son I asked for a bed and couldn’t give us one just the sofa bed. Room not cleaned in 3 days! Disappointing! One positive the bed was very large and comfy. But would not stay again a shame really.

Everything’s perfect you don’t need to go outside. If you stay one day to enjoy it. And the mall closer to the hotel.
