This is last time for me in that old hotel

Am an IHG member and more than 12 years going there it was the worst stay ever, no welcome fruit as I used for, AC was noisy and bad, towels are very old, my stay was half bourd but the dennir was open with limited types of food all days on the other hands thanks so much for Hotel food manager who solved it on the next day exceptional after my complaint

Gut aber etwas zu teuer!

Internet langsam, Frühstück überteuert mit 42 Euro. Service gut, insgesamt sehr teuer ab liegt lokal in der Area. Es gibt günstige Alternativen in dem Bereich, Fahrservice exzellent. Umweltschutz nicht vorhanden. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Plastik ohne Ende, trotz Hinweis des Kunden. Jeden Tag neues Duschgel, altes war nicht leer. Kann man verbessern mit Bettkarte und weniger Plastik.

The resort is good, a little bit old but still okay, the room is spacious and very clean. I liked the bathroom, it was spotless and renewed. The beach was great, full of services and activities especially for kids. The resort's gardens need more attention and development.

Was really disappointed on my last trip, they never used to be as unprofessional as they were this time. The building is old and needs maintenance, toilets were leaking! Fan in the toilet not working! Room stinks of perfume trying to cover cigarettes smell and from the moist old carpet! And the service ! No one cleaned the room and we requested then to do so, they replied that they already did! After speaking to them again and again! They didnt clean it, they sent someone to investigate!! That and many other disappointing acts from unprofessional staff made us leave with no plans to ever return.

Weekend Staycation

Had booked a suite for a 1-night staycation to get out of town for a bit. The room was alright although not what I had in mind (size and arrangement). There were some stains on the living room sofa and the furniture generally felt a bit worn out; although I think the hotel is in the process of being renovated. Their beaches are nice but a bit smaller than I expected. Had booked a romantic dinner by the beach, which was fantastic. Well arranged and food was great too. Breakfast buffet was good and they are taking precautions for COVID; the buffet is cordoned off and a server is present to serve you the food that you want. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend it if you’re looking for a short staycation.

فندق رائع خدمات متعددة غرف ذات اثاث جديد مريح بوفيه جيد السلبيات عدم توفر بوفيه مفتوح لوجبة العشاء سوي يوم الاربعاء و الخميس فقط مواعيد النادي الصحي و المسبح غريبة ٥-٨ فجرا و ٤-٨ مساء لا يناسب الكثيرين خاصة مع جو الشتاء الناديالصحي و المسلح مغلق من ٨ صباحا الي ٤ عصرا يعني النهار كاملا شكر خاص للاستاذة ثناء في الاستقبال قمة في الذوق و الرقي في التعامل و حل اي مشكلة في اسرع وقت كان عندي مشكلة و حلتها لي ف اسرع وقت
