I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! La vue sur les pyramides est incroyable et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une très belle vue, surtout au coucher du soleil. Tout le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La réception est très agréable et professionnelle. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres, confortables et bien entretenues. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les excursions proposées par l’hôtel. J’ai fait plusieurs excursions avec eux et tout était très bien organisé, avec une équipe sympathique et professionnelle. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour avec une superbe vue sur les pyramides. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience et j’y retournerais avec plaisir !

Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special. The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference. Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

This place is amazing overall. The owner Abdul was so welcoming and cheerful and the receptionist Noor was amazingly respectful and great at her job. I would recommend this hotel for my self and others over any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Thanks everyone
