Clean room and very quiet hotel. Staffs are super nice and helpful. Nice to wake up to the quiet of the lagoon. The bathrooms needs upgrading. Overall a very good experience

This is my 2nd time staying here thanks to its central location and clean and spacious rooms. The staff are also polite, helpful and friendly. However this stay has been akin to psychological torture meted out to inmates in Guantanamo bay. The hotel insisted on disturbing its guests by playing the same 13 songs on a loop from at least before 8am to 11pm - every day. My floor - the 3rd one - had speakers in the ceiling, subjecting both guests and staff to this torrid playlist for hours on end. You could hear it even from your room with the door closed making it hard to sleep or quite frankly do anything. My guests on 2 separate occasions noted how loud it was from my room. I mentioned it at least 3 times to members of staff but nothing was done. I’m guessing there’s a reason for this - perhaps it was a ploy to get guests out of the hotel - whatever it may be, I doubt I’ll be back. To be fair, I think they lowered it a bit by Day 4 but quite frankly I didn’t want to hear it at all. I might scream if I hear Beyoncé’s Halo or Sia’s Titanium again.
