We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Morocco (both booked in advance). The first time we had paid for a room a day earlier than our arrival so we would have a place to go immediately, but were disappointed when our room was not ready for us. The second time we stayed we were in a room by the hotel kitchen, which was very loud. When we tried to talk to the front desk about potentially moving to a different room we were blown off. Also to note, smoking is allowed on the balconies directly outside the rooms. Would not stay again.

"Brilliant stay at this hotel with plenty to do and great food options! If your vegan or vegetarian, be a bit cautious as the lanelling of food is incorrect (some state vegan but contain milk and eggs!), also some guests just use whatever serving spoon is closest which can result in cross contamination ..."
