Porto Bello, Oceanfront Self Check In

Porto Bello is a privileged oceanfront apartment. This apartment is a gem! An excellent place to connect with nature and find peace. It is a very unique and beautiful residence, with comfortable space for 2 guests. A beautiful beach right in front, accessible for swimming, snorkeling and you can experience birds and sea nature. You cannot miss the beautiful beach sunset. Our place is great for solos and couples.

Ocean front one bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in a house of four apartments. The complete apartment that I’m offering you consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room with ocean view. This entire area is private just for you. The garden with the barbecue is for the use of all guests and the beach is public like all beaches in Puerto Rico. But the beach access to the apartment is for our guests only.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment along with all the amenities the building offers during your stay. Please feel free to make yourself at home. Certain communal facilities, like the BBQ area, are shared for the enjoyment of all guests.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. If you need anything please let me know. Also Enrique will be on call if you need anything.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

-The property is prepared for the enjoyment of two guests. If there are extra guests, an additional fee of $40.00 will be charged for each guest and for each night.

-No emergency power generator.
House Rules:

-Access to the second floor is not permitted, as that area belongs to another tenant.

-Do not place bags of ice in the freezer, as they block airflow and prevent the refrigerator from cooling properly. A cooler is provided for this purpose.

-The front gate must remain closed at all times for security reasons.

-No pets allowed.

-No smoking.

-No parties or events.

-Check-out is at 11 AM.

-A $25 charge will be applied for lost keys.

-Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM.

-To conserve energy and protect the environment, please turn off lights and air conditioners when you are not in the apartment.
